Pat was raised in a do-it-yourself environment and has been involved with craft in one form or another for all her life.  She joined the NSCG in 1991.

Her first ‘real’ craft was lapidary but in 1974 she took up leatherwork through an evening college class and later at the Hawkesbury Agricultural College.  From this time, leatherwork took over her life.

Pat is a member of the Society of Arts and Crafts NSW and is a founding member of the Leatherworks Guild of NSW.

She has won many prizes at the Royal Easter and Castle Hill Shows, and has had her work displayed in the Showcase of Excellence. 

Pat has also had leathercraft articles published in Australian, NZ and US magazines.
